We are now on our sixth year since buying our van and Brean Down Caravan Park was certainly the right choice; it is so peaceful at the foot of Brean Down and next to the sea. Whether you walk on the beach, across the Down or around the estuary, we never get fed up of the lovely views or just sit out enjoying the lovely weather.

Nicky. Thanks for your prompt efficient service. It was great talking to you about the site. My family have resided on Brean Down Caravan Park since 1973. A teenager at the time the site was obviously very different. Gas mantles for lighting as there was no electric in the caravans and only outside toilets servicing the site. I have obviously witnessed a great number of changes in the last 44 years. The site today is looking great and the staff are always helpful, supportive and friendly. I love the peace and quiet enjoying the balance of my countryside view coupled with the opportunity to cross the road and be on the beach or walk to explore the downs. A great balance on a family friendly site. My thanks to you and all the staff for providing me with a place to feel safe, well cared for and rested.

As regular visitors to the area we knew this was a great spot to buy a holiday home. The buying process was stress free – photos of the plot were provided together with copies of standard agreements early on. Once the caravan had been delivered to site more photos were provided before viewing during the closed season. This provided the chance to make an informed and unhurried decision. The park is very well maintained and the site owner and staff friendly and efficient.

Just a thank you and a pat on the back for the guys. The buying process went smoothly, the few problems we had with the van were swiftly fixed, and sourcing the steps/walkway for us was the icing on the cake. It is very obvious that they work well as a team on the best park in Brean.

We decided we wanted to buy a caravan and site it at Brean – we checked the website and contacted Nicky Colls, the owner. From that initial phone call everything just dropped into place. Nicky, Will and Ian, and the rest of the staff are exceptional and very helpful choosing the plot to site your van. You are spoilt for choice between sea views and views over the countryside, and you are looked after every step of the way. The park is clean and well kept and is so relaxing and peaceful. We were advised every step of the way and are now enjoying our first season and would recommend it to anyone.
